Hi, I’m Aimee…

I’m so glad you are here. I know going to therapy is vulnerable and it’s hard to find someone you can trust. Here are a few things to know about me as you decide if we are a good fit:

  • I am originally from New England (go Sox!) but love all that the PNW has to offer (less snow, for one thing!) The great news is, I can provide online counseling for residents in both Oregon and Massachusetts!

  • I am an Enneagram six. Which basically means I am overly prepared for everything and fiercely loyal.

  • I drink coffee in the morning and green tea in the afternoon. This is non-negotiable.

  • I am committed and passionate about my own personal and professional growth. Throughout the years I have continually sought therapy when needed. I also belong to a monthly supervision group and a monthly advanced training group.

  • I am a mom to two awesome school-aged children. I love being a mom, and besides being a therapist, there is nothing else I’d rather be.

  • Most of my free time is spent at Little League or dance recitals, but if I do have a spare moment, I love to read, walk my dog, explore the PNW, and spend time with friends and family.

Meet Cooper! Aka “Coopie.” He is a three year old Golden Retriever who loves belly rubs, long walks and stealing socks. He doesn’t have any professional credentials, but he will nap in the room with me during our telehealth sessions and you may even see a tail wag every once in a while!
